I was captivated by the breathtaking mountain view from my room and relished the delightful local dishes served at the restaurant, which made each meal special.

The warm chocolate bar gift left at our door reflected true hospitality, while the stunning Giewont view from our balcony each morning was a delightful start to the day.

The views from the balcony were stunning. The breakfast selection was impressive with varied options. The spa facilities provided a relaxing atmosphere after our hikes. Clean and modern rooms made our stay enjoyable. Staff were friendly and attentive throughout.

I had a wonderful time staying in a cozy studio with a kitchenette, which was perfect for making quick meals. The spa offered a great steam room and a unique cold barrel for relaxation after a long day. My only issue was that the cleanliness could have been better, but it didn't take away from my overall enjoyment. 😊

Cleaning services need serious attention!!! Overpriced parking fees were disappointing, especially when spots were unavailable. Additional improvements could enhance the overall experience!!!

The cozy atmosphere and breathtaking views of the Tatry Mountains were truly memorable. While the pool area could have been warmer, and there was some confusion regarding dinner services, the staff was warm and attentive, providing great food and a delightful spa experience.

I had a delightful stay experiencing superb breakfast variety and lovely spa facilities that were well-maintained. The cotton bag for skipping cleaning was a nice eco-friendly touch!

The location near the mountain tracks and city center is fantastic. The staff was friendly, speaking good English and always smiling during our stay.

Couples looking for a magical escape

The staff treated us like royalty, always making sure our needs were met, especially when they surprised us with a romantic dinner setup that had the perfect mountain view. Breakfast was mind-blowing, they even had these American waffles with whipped cream that had me feeling like a kid again – pure bliss.

It wasn’t exactly cheap, but worth it considering the experience we got.

Loved the huge swimming pool and mountain views from our room. Only downside was the crowded jacuzzi area. The kids' club kept the little ones entertained, and bike rentals were great for exploring the area.

Disappointment kicked in when the promised mountain view turned out to be nothing but a glimpse through a small window. The cleaning standards seemed inconsistent, with dirty sinks indicating a lack of attention to housekeeping. Breakfast was overpriced for the selection offered, barely averaging what a solid meal elsewhere would provide. Even when I reached out regarding a possible room change, the process felt overly rigid and unyielding, leaving me wishing for better flexibility during my stay. Lastly, the sound insulation left much to be desired. I could hear conversations from the hall and doors slamming nearby.

Make sure to check the lift map, as you might need to navigate between different lifts to reach your floor.

I thoroughly enjoyed the spacious and beautifully decorated common areas, which made it easy to navigate. The spa facilities were excellent, providing a comfortable environment to relax after a day of exploring Zakopane's stunning surroundings.

Comfortable studio, fantastic breakfast, which made my solo stay very enjoyable with easy access to the city via train from the main station.
